Announcement – CALL FOR PAPERS
18th ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON CORPORATE FINANCE
November 17-19, 2022
Following the successes of the previous seventeen conferences, Olin Business School at Washington University and its Wells Fargo Advisors Center for Finance and Accounting Research (WFA-CFAR) will be hosting the 18th Annual Conference on Corporate Finance on November 17-19 at the Washington University in St. Louis campus.
The topics of interest for the conference are broad, including financial intermediation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and bankruptcies, private equity, corporate control and organization, capital structure, payout decisions, household finance, and corporate investment decisions. This is not an exhaustive list, and empirical and theoretical papers on these, as well as related topics, are most welcome.
To have your paper considered for the conference, please submit the paper electronically by July 8, 2022.
There is a $75 submission fee for each manuscript. Questions regarding the submission process should be directed to Kristen Jones, email@example.com. Those submitting papers will be informed of the organizing committee's decision in August.
